On behalf of Bongrain, NOMEN developed the name “Frisch-Genuss” for the first cream cheese specialty under the Géramont brand, which has been on the market since June 2011. The product is a milestone in the history of Géramont – and the name says it all: the sophisticated cream cheese creation is refined with fresh, tender crème fraiche and a pinch of Fleur de Sel from Camargue. This is how it gets its inimitable creamy consistency and fine flavour.
